Public Notice regarding the draft of the project ranking decision

SC ALRO SA,with registered office inSlatina, no. 116 Piteşti Street, Olt County, holder of the project„FUMES COLLECTION AND SCRUBBING PLANT FOR THE CAST HOUSE MELTING FURNACES G11-G18” informs the public who may be interested, on the decision draft concerning the ranking by APM Olt (Environment Protection Agency of Olt County), within the environmental impact assessment procedure, of the project  „FUMES COLLECTION AND SCRUBBING PLANT FOR THE CAST HOUSE MELTING FURNACES G11-G18”, which is proposed to be installed in Slatina, no. 116 Piteşti Street, Olt County.

The draft of the project ranking decision and the rationale substantiating this decision are available at the headquarters of the Environment Protection Agency of Olt County, inSlatina no. 3 Ion Moroşanu Street, Olt County, from Monday to Friday, between 9 -14 hours as well as on the following website:  http://apmot.anpm.ro

Interested persons can submit comments/ remarks to the draft of the project ranking decision within 5 days from the date of this notice publication.
