Public announcement

SC ALRO SA, holder of the project “Location of slab homogenization furnace, gas station, exhaust stack and rolling track extension.“,  hereby announces the interested public that the Craiova Regional Environmental Protection Agency has made the compliance decision as to the a/m project, under the environmental impact assessment and adequate appraisal procedures for the project “Location of slab homogenization furnace, gas station, exhaust stack and rolling track extension.“, proposed to be located within the premises of SC ALRO SA  Slatina, 116 Piteşti Street, Olt County; the project is not subjected to environmental impact assessment and neither to adequate appraisal.

The compliance decision report and grounds that substantiate such decision can be found at the Craiova Regional Environmental Protection Agency 1 Petru Rareş Street, Dolj County, during Mondays to Thursdays at 09⁰⁰ - 14⁰⁰ and Fridays at 09³⁰ - 11³⁰, as well as by visiting the following internet address http//:office@arpmdj.anpm.ro.

The interested public may submit comments to the compliance decision report within 5 days from the publication of this announcement, by March 27^th, 2012.
