      SC ALRO SA holder of the project „Enlargement of the Cast House Building for the installation of a homogenizing furnace” is hereby informing whom ever may be interested, about the project ranking stage decision of the Regional Agency for Environmental Protection Craiova, within the procedures for environmental impact assessment and relevant assessment related to the project „Enlargement of the Cast House Building for the installation of a homogenizing furnace” that is proposed to be implemented within the premises of SC ALRO SA  Slatina, no. 116 Piteşti street, Olt County: the project is not subject to environmental impact assessment and therefore it is not subject to relevant assessment.

The draft of the project ranking decision and the grounds that substantiate this decision may be found at the headquarters of the Regional Agency for Environmental Protection Craiova, No. 1Petru Rareş street, Dolj County, from Monday to Friday, between 09³⁰- 11³⁰ as well as on the web site: http//office@arpmdj.anpm.ro.

The interested public may submit comments/ remarks to the draft of the project ranking decision within 5 days starting the date when this announcement was made public, not later than September 23^rd, 2011.
