Slatina, 27 May, 2009 – SC Alro S.A. (BVB: ALR) shareholders approved, by decision no. 395/30.04.2009 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders, the payment of the dividends for the financial year 2008. Considering this decision has been published in the Romanian Official Gazette - part IV, no. 2750/20.05.2009, the payment of the dividends for the financial year 2008 shall be performed within 60 days after publication, by July 20th, 2009 respectively.
