Alro SA informs today that Mr. Pierre Baillot has resigned with immediate effect from his position as President and member of the Board of Directors at Alro S.A.
At the next shareholder meeting a new member of the Board will be elected. Subsequently the board will nominate a new President of the Board of Directors.

In the meantime the Board will appoint ad interim a new President and a new Board member.
