By this current report we hereby inform all the stakeholders that, on December 07th 2012 the meeting of the Board of Directors took place. During the meeting, Mr. Marian Daniel Nastase was appointed as President of the Board of Directors and Mr. Frank Mueller was appointed as Vice- President of the Board of Directors. Mr. Marian Daniel Nastase and Mr. Frank Mueller have accepted their appointments.
