Please be informed, by the present current report that on March 10, 2009, at our company’s headquarters was transmitted the subpoena internally registered under the number 2287, issued by Olt Tribunal in the file no. 1052/104/2009 having as an object the request filed by the shareholder IONESCU Dumitru Viorel for the annulment of the decision no. 385 dated February 12, 2009 of the General Shareholders Meeting of S.C. Alro S.A. The plaintiff requests the annulment of the decision regarding the appointment as a director of Mr. Pierre Paul Baillot for a mandate valid until November 11, 2010.
The reason of the request is, mainly, that the in decision was not mentioned the number of votes obtained by the other candidate at the position of director. The file no. 1052/104/2009 had first term on March 27 2009 when the court decided to give a new term, on April 24 2009 in order for the defendant’s response to be transmitted to the plaintiff. At the term from April 24 2009, as results from the court certificate dated May 6th 2009, the court acknowledged the renouncement request at the action filed by the plaintiff.
