Current report drafted according to the stipulations of the 226 article of the Law no. 297/2004

Please be informed, by the present current report that in the meeting of the Board of Directors from May 14th 2009 it was approved the beginning of a program for the dismissal of a number of 493 employees, with finalization term during July 2009. The dismissed employees will benefit of compensatory wages, according to the Collective Labor Agreement at the company’s level, in force.
