Current report drafted according to the stipulations of the 226 article of the Law no. 297/2004

By this report we hereby inform the stakeholders that on February 13^th and 14^th, 2013 the meeting of the Board of Directors were held as a result of Mrs. Svetlana Pinzari ‘s resignation from her position as the Finance Director starting February 13^th, 2013 and her resignation from the position of the Alro SA Board of Directors member starting February 14^th, 2013.

Further to these meetings, Mrs. Genoveva Nastase was appointed Finance Director and Mrs. Ioana Racoti was appointed interim member of the Board of Directors, until the company’s Shareholders General Meeting appoints a new administrator. Mrs. Genoveva Nastase and Mrs. Ioana Racoti have both accepted the appointments.

On the nextShareholders General Meeting a new member of the Alro SA Board of Directors shall be selected.
