S.C. Alro S.A. informs by this current report that it has agreed a settlement terminating the arbitration commenced by the calcinated alumina supplier - Viewside Markets Inc at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
The settlement is reached without any party making any admission of liability.
According to the applicable arbitration rules and the agreement of the parties, the terms of the settlement are confidential.
