Please be informed, by the present current report that on March 30 2009, at our company‘s headquarter were registered 2 subpoenas issued by Olt Tribunal in 2 files filed by the shareholder IONESCU Dumitru Viorel, as follows: the file no. 1315/104/2009 having as an object the request for the annulment of the decision no. 386 dated March 09, 2009 of the General Shareholders Meeting of S.C. Alro S.A. and the file no. 1316/104/2009 having as an object the request for suspension of the decision no. 386 dated March 09, 2009 of the General Shareholders Meeting of S.C. Alro S.A.. The plaintiff requests the annulment and the suspension of the decision regarding the appointment as a director of Mr. Frank Holger Mueller for a mandate valid until November 19 2012.
The reason of the request is, mainly, that in the decision was not mentioned the number of votes obtained by the other candidate at the position of director.

S.C. Alro S.A. considers that the requests that are objects of the files above-mentioned are groundless and illegitimate and have no real chances to be admitted by the court.
The both litigations had first term on April 14 2009 when the court decided to give a new term, on May 5th 2009 in order for the defendant’s responses to be transmitted to the plaintiff.
At the term from May 5th 2009 the court rejected the both requests as being groundless.
