      SC ALRO SA holder of the projects “Partial modification of the C331 package warehouse building destination by rearrangement of an electric room for the Properzi wire rod mill“ and “Erection of two pit furnaces for slab heating“is hereby announcing the interested parties in relation to the compliance stage decision made by the Craiova Regional Environmental Protection Agency under the environmental impact assessment and adequate appraisal procedures for the projects “Partial modification of the C331 package warehouse building destination by rearrangement of an electric room for the Properzi wire rod mill “,proposed to be located in Slatina, 116 Pitesti Street, Olt County and “Erection of two pit furnaces for slab heating “,proposed to be located in Slatina, 1 Milcov Street, Olt County,the projects are not subject to environmental impact assessment and not subject to adequate appraisal.

The projects of the compliance decision and substantiation grounds may be seen at the headquarters of the Craiova Regional Environmental Protection Agency in 1 Petru Rareş Street, the County of Dolj, Monday through Thursday 09⁰⁰- 14⁰⁰ and on Friday 09³⁰- 11³⁰, as well as at the following internet address http//:arpmdj.anpm.ro.

The interested public may submit comments to the compliance decision within 5 days from publication of this announcement by March 3^rd, 2012.
