Alro announces temporary Board Changes

We hereby inform all the persons who may be interested that, on March 24 2009, a Board Meeting was held, in which, Mrs. Svetlana Pinzari was nominated as temporary member of the Board of Directors and Mr. Frank Mueller as President of the Board of Directors. Mrs. Svetlana Pinzari and Mr. Frank Mueller accepted the nominations.
