Official Statement to Alro Shareholders

Slatina, 30 May, 2011 – SC Alro S.A. (BVB: ALR) shareholders approved, by decision no. 440/29.04.2011 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders, the payment of the dividends for the financial year 2010. Considering this decision has been published in the Romanian Official Gazette - part IV, no. 1818/23.05.2011, the payment of the dividends for the financial year 2010 shall be performed within 60 days after publication, by July 22th, 2011 respectively, by money order or by transfer into a bank account.
Shareholders in SC Alro S.A. (BVB: ALR) who wish to have their dividends for the year 2010 transferred into a bank account, are asked to send their written requests by June 15th, 2011.

The written request should comprise the shareholder’s identification data, the IBAN coordinates of the account, the bank and the subsidiary where it is opened.
