Notification on the issuance of the integrated environmental permit

The Olt County Environmental Protection Agency hereby notifies the stakeholders on the decision to issue the revision of the integrated environmental permit for the main operations – namely aluminum metallurgy – NACE code 2442, as provided in annex 1 of Law no. 278/2013:

-         2.5 a) production of rough non-ferrous metals from concentrated ores or secondary raw materials, by metallurgical, chemical or electrolytic processes;

Secondary operations: NACE code 3811, 3821, 3831, 3832, 4677

     Holder:  SC ALRO SA, Slatina, 116 Piteşti Street, Olt County.

The information concerning the potential impact on the environment, the decision to issue the revision of the integrated environmental permit and the revised draft integrated environmental  permit can be rea dat the headquarters of the Olt Environmental Protection Agency in Slatina, 3 Ion Moroşanu Street, Olt County, on Monday through Friday, 8⁰⁰- 14⁰⁰, as well as at the following web address http://apmot.anpm.ro.

The substantiated comments from the public can be submitted in writing, on a daily basis, at the Olt Environmental Protection Agency quarters (fax no: 0249 423670; e-mail: office@apmot.anpm.ro) within 30 days from the publication of this notification in the media.
