Information on the civil action filed by S.P.E.E.H. Hidroelectrica S.A. against Alro S.A. concerning material claims of the electric power producer, representing alleged unachieved proceeds under the bilateral contract concluded with Alro. 

The Company Alro S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that in the dispute lodged by S.P.E.E.H. Hidroelectrica S.A. against Alro S.A., which is the object-matter of the case file no. 13264/3/2015 currently before the High Court of Cassation and Justice of Romania, following the lodging of the second appeal by S.P.E.E.H. Hidroelectrica, the filter panel of judges  no. 3 has admited, in principle, the second appeal of the plaintif S.P.E.E.H. HIDROELECTRICA S.A. Bucharest against the civil decision no. 1346/A dated 26 September 2017, given by the Court of Appeal Bucharest – Section V Civil Law and ruled the date of 28 February 2019, for the judgement on merits of the second appeal, in public meeting, the parties to be summoned.
