Current report drafted according to the stipulations of the 226 article of the Law no. 297/2004

We inform you by the Current Report that S.C. Alro S.A. has signed the financing agreement no. 456/22.03.2011 with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business, as Management Authority for the Sectoral Operational Program "Increase of the Economic Competitiveness" following to deploy the project "Strengthening and upgrading of the productive sector through the purchase of sheets and strips aluminium and aluminium alloys finishing equipment co-financed  by the European Regional Development Fund,

The total value of the project is of lei 43.635.599, of which the irredeemable  financial assistance is of lei 17.182.963
The project is being implemented in Slatina, 1 Milcov, street, for a 32 months period.

The project objective is to acquire equipment for finishing aluminum sheets and strips: a leveling line by stretching (stretcher), strips cutting line, length cutting line and an automatic packing system.
