Important event to be reported:

Information on the status of the litigation regarding the civil action filed by S.P.E.E.H. Hidroelectrica S.A. against Alro S.A. concerning material claims of the electric power producer, representing allegedly unachieved benefits under the bilateral contract concluded with Alro. 

The Company Alro S.A. hereby informs the shareholders and investors that, in the litigation opened by S.P.E.E.H. Hidroelectrica S.A. against Alro S.A., which is subject to the case file no. 13264/3/2015 pending before the Bucharest General Court, on the hearing dated 11th May 2016, the court judged the claim and deferred the issuance of the judgement for the date of May 25, 2016. On the date of May 25, 2016, the court deferred once more the judgement for June 08, 2016.

We would like to add that the information on the May 25 court’s judgement deferral ruling was taken from the Romanian Courts of Law web portal, as posted by the Bucharest General Court on May 26, 2016.
