Communiqué regarding the availability of the financial results for 2015

In accordance with the current legal stipulations, Alro S.A., with the headquarters in 116, Pitesti Street, Slatina, Olt County, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, Regulated Market, Standard Category Shares, under the symbol ALR, notifies its investors that the annual financial results for 2015, prepared in accordance with the Order no. 1286/2012 issued by the Minister of Public Finance with subsequent amendments, which is in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as adopted by the European Union will be available starting with April 29, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. (Bucharest time) on the Company’s website www.alro.ro, category “Investor Relations”, section “Reports”.

This communiqué altogether with the above mentioned documents were simultaneously sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and to the Financial Supervisory Authority.
