Update following Board Meeting

Following yesterday's meeting, the Board of Directors of Alro SA (BVB: ALR) has requested a review of the analysis of the company's activity and budget for 2009, which will include a re-examination of production and employee levels.
On completion of the analysis, the Board will reconvene in January to approve the programme of activity for 2009.
