S.C. VIMETCO POWER ROMÂNIA S.R.L., the holder of the project “Construction of a 250 MW power plant,” informs the interested public about the decision regarding the classification stage taken by A.R.P.M. Galați, with an environmental impact assessment and without an adequate assessment, within the procedures for environmental impact evaluation and adequate assessment, for the project “Construction of a 250 MW power plant,” proposed to be located within S.C. ALUM S.A. Tulcea at Isaccei Street, no. 82, Tulcea County.

The draft decision and the reasons supporting it can be consulted at the A.R.P.M. Galați headquarters, 11 Siret Regiment Street, no. 2, on weekdays from 08:00 to 14:00, as well as at the following internet address: http://arpmgl.anpm.ro.

The interested public can submit comments/observations on the draft decision within 5 days from the publication of this announcement, until 25.04.2012.

The interested public can submit proposals regarding the content of the environmental impact report at the A.R.P.M. Galați headquarters, 11 Siret Regiment Street, no. 2, as well as at the following email address: office@arpmgl.anpm.ro, within 10 days from the publication of this announcement, until 04.05.2012.
