Communiqué regarding Availability of Consolidated Quarterly Report as of March 31, 2021

ALRO S.A. ("ALRO") informs its shareholders and investors about the availability of the Consolidated Quarterly Report as of March 31, 2021, prepared in accordance with the provisions of Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) Regulation no. 5/2018 regarding issuers of financial instruments and market operations, and with the regulations of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), starting from May 14, 2021, after 8:15 AM (local time).

The ALRO Group's Quarterly Report as of March 31, 2021, has been prepared in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Public Finance no. 2844/2016, with subsequent amendments, which complies with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) adopted by the European Union, with some exceptions that do not affect IFRS compliance.

This press release has been simultaneously submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the Financial Supervisory Authority.
