Communiqué regarding Availability of Consolidated Annual Report for the Financial Year Ended December 31, 2020

ALRO S.A. ("ALRO") informs its shareholders and investors about the availability of the Consolidated Annual Report for the financial year ended December 31, 2020, prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) Regulation no. 5/2018 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations, as well as the regulations of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), starting from April 29, 2021. The financial results for the year 2020 were approved during the General Meeting of Shareholders ("GMS") held on April 29, 2021.

The ALRO Group's Annual Report as of December 31, 2020, has been prepared in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Public Finance no. 2844/2016, with subsequent amendments, which complies with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) adopted by the European Union, with some exceptions that do not affect IFRS compliance. This press release has been simultaneously submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the Financial Supervisory Authority.
