Communiqué: Availability of the Consolidated Semi-Annual Report as of June 30, 2019

ALRO S.A. ("ALRO") informs shareholders and investors about the availability of the Consolidated Semi-Annual Report as of June 30, 2019, prepared in accordance with the provisions of Regulation no. 5/2018 of the Financial Supervisory Authority ("ASF") regarding issuers and securities transactions, as well as the provisions of the Bucharest Stock Exchange ("BVB") Code, starting on August 12, 2019, after 8:30 AM (local time).

The Semi-Annual Report of the ALRO Group as of June 30, 2019, has been prepared in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Public Finance no. 2844/2016, with subsequent amendments, which complies with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) adopted by the European Union, with some exceptions that do not affect IFRS compliance.

This press release has been sent simultaneously to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the Financial Supervisory Authority.
