Important Event to Report: Reporting of Transactions with Affiliated Parties According to Art. 108 Para. 3 and Para. 13 of Law no. 24/2017 - Republished

We inform you through this Current Report that on November 23, 2023, ALRO S.A. concluded a new transaction with VIMETCO EXTRUSION S.R.L. (a member of the Alro group registered with the A.S.F.). The cumulative value of this transaction, along with other transactions concluded/executed in the last 12 months, exceeds 5% of the net assets of the company, based on the individual financial statements of ALRO S.A. for the first six months of 2023, amounting to 63,083,755 RON.

Details regarding the transaction concluded on November 23, 2023, between ALRO S.A., as Supplier, and VIMETCO EXTRUSION S.R.L., as Beneficiary, including information on the transaction date, nature, description of the object, mutual receivables, and liabilities, are provided in Annex 1.

The company's management declares that it has evaluated the reported transactions as economically fair and justified in nature.
