Significant event to be reported: Information on the status of the civil action lodged by ALRO S.A. against the Competition Council concerning the former’s claim for the cancellation of the Sanction decision no. 82/2015 issued by the Competition Council

In the file no. 954/2/2016 which has as object both the request for annulment of the administrative act of the sanctioning minute and the request for the annulment of the sanctioning decision no. 82/2015 issued by the Competition Council further to the attachment of the file no. 3536/2/2016 following the settlement of the request for change of the trial term initially established for the date of 02.02.2023 by the High Court of Cassation and Justice of Romania, on the 13.01.2022 this court rejected the request made by ALRO S.A. regarding the change of the trial term.

Alro S.A. will inform the general public and the investors on the status of the aforementioned case files in due time.
