The Company informs the investors and the interested public that it received by mail today the resignations from the Board of Directors of Mr. Aleksandr Barabanov, Mr. Pavel Primakov and Mr. Pavel Machitski.

The Company will continue to fill the vacancies according to the corresponding legal provisions.
