Resignation of Rolf Steinemann from the Board of Directors of Alro S.A.

Slatina / Zurich, February 9, 2009: Alro informs that Rolf Steinemann has resigned from his Board of Directors position with effect from January 31, 2009. The remaining Board members appointed Frank Müller as temporary Board member until the shareholders will elect a new member of the Board with full rights.
