Public notice regarding the public hearing

SC ALRO SA  Slatina hereby informs the public who may be interested,on the submission of the report regarding the environmental impact*), related to the project RECONSTRUCTION AND PARTIAL FITTING OUT OF THE ELECTROLYSIS BUILDING NO. 3, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ARRANGING AN ALUMINUM SCRAP MELTING FACILITY - STAGE 1, proposed to be implemented in Slatina, no. 116 Piteşti Street, Olt County.

   The type of possible decision made by the Environment Protection Agency of Olt Countycan be the issuance or the denial of the environmental permit.

   The report is available for consultation at the headquarters of the relevant Environment Protection Authority of Olt County, Slatina no. 3 Ion Moroşanu Street, Olt County, and at the headquarters of SC ALRO SA, Slatina, no. 116 Piteşti Street, Olt County,from Monday to Friday, between 8⁰⁰-14⁰⁰hours.

   The public hearing concerning the report regarding the environmental impact will take place at the headquarters of Environment Protection Authority of Olt County (APM OLT), Slatina no. 3 Ion Moroşanu Street, on July 18th, 2013, starting 15⁰⁰ hours.

   The interested persons may submit written comments/ opinions/ remarks regarding the aforementioned documents at the headquarters of the relevant Environment Protection Authority Slatina,  no. 3 Ion Moroşanu Street, Olt County until July 18th, 2013.
