Public Notice regarding the environmental permit issuance

SC ALRO SA Slatina, herebyinforms the public who may be interested, on the decision regarding the issuance of the environmental permit for the project: ,,RECONSTRUCTION AND PARTIAL FITTING OUT OF THE ELECTROLYSIS BUILDING NO. 3, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ARRANGING AN ALUMINUM SCRAP MELTING FACILITY - STAGE 1’’, proposed to be implemented in Slatina, no. 116 Piteşti Street, Olt County.

The environmental permit draft together with the information relevant for the decision making are available for consultation at the headquarters of the Environmental Protection Agency of Olt County, in Slatina no. 3 Ion Moroşanu Street, Olt County, from Monday to Friday, between 9⁰⁰-14⁰⁰ hours and on the following websitehttp://apmot.anpm.ro.

The public may submit comments/ claims every day at the headquarters of the Environmental Protection Agency of Olt County, inSlatina, no. 3 Ion Moroşanu Street, Olt County, within 8 days from the date of this public notice, until August 29^th, 2013.
