President of the Board resigns

Alro SA informs today that Mr. Christian Wüst has resigned with immediate effect from his position as President and member of the Board of Directors at Alro SA.

At the next shareholder meeting a new member of the Board will be elected. Subsequently the board will nominate a new President of the Board of Directors.

 In the meantime the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Pierre Baillot as interim President.
