Official Statement to Alro Shareholders

Slatina, 12 June 2008 – Shareholders in SC Alro S.A. (BVB: ALR) who wish to have their dividends for the year 2007 transferred into a bank account, are asked to send their written requests by June 30th, 2008.
The written request should comprise the shareholder’s identification data, the IBAN coordinates of the account, the bank and the subsidiary where it is opened. These details can be sent by fax to +40 (0) 249/413990, by e-mail to epopa@alro.ro, or by mail to SC Alro SA company’s headquarters: Slatina, 116 Pitesti Street, Olt County.
