Significant event to be reported: interim appointments of the Board of Directors members

The Company informs the investors and the interested public that, following the resignations from the Board of Directors of Mr. Aleksandr Barabanov, Mr. Pavel Primakov and Mr. Pavel Machitski, it proceeded according to the legal provisions to appoint Ms. Genoveva Nastase and Messrs. Igor Higer and Dragos Adrian Voncu as interim administrators, by today's decisions of the Board of Directors.

The Company will fill the vacancies according to the corresponding legal provisions.
