Current report drafted according to the stipulations of the 226 article of the Law no. 297/2004

S.C. Alro S.A. informs the interested persons by this current report that Alro and Hidroelectrica reached in April 2010 an agreement to extend the existing 3TWh energy supply contract until 2018. The contract covers 75% of the total energy needs of Alro, the rest being covered by acquisitions from OPCOM. The two companies duly announced this agreement at the moment it was signed.
