Current report drafted according to the provisions of the article 225 of the Law no. 297/2004

As regards the Current Reports dated 24.07.2012 and 24.09.2012, by which S.C. Alro S.A communicated the conclusion of the contracts no. 690/20.07.2012, 800/10.09.2012, 801/10.09.2012 and 802/10.09.2012 with the Company ALUM S.A. (member of the Alro group, registered at National Securities Commission) and S.C Conef Gaz S.R.L., we hereby inform you that following the modification of some parameters in the computation algorithm, the total estimated value (RON) of these contracts shall be amended as follows:
