Important event to be reported: Appointment of the members of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee and of the Risk and Sustainability Committee

By this current report, we hereby inform those who may be interested that the meeting of the Board of Directors took place on May 12, 2023 during which the composition of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee and of the Risk and Sustainability Committee was established, as follows:

Remuneration and Nominations Committee: Mr. Marian-Daniel Nastase, Mr. Vasile Iuga and    Mr. Marinel Burduja

Risk and Sustainability Committee: Mr. Vasile Iuga, Mr. Marinel Burduja, Mrs. Svetlana Pinzari, Mr. Adrian Fercu and Mr. Darius Paval.

All the members elected in the two Committees accepted the appointment.
