Communiqué regarding the availability of the financial results as of 31 December 2016

In accordance with the current legal stipulations, Alro S.A., with the headquarters in 116, Pitesti Street, Slatina, Olt County, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, Regulated Market, Standard Category, under the symbol ALR, notifies its investors that the annual financial results for 2016, prepared in accordance with the Order no. 2844/2016which is in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as adopted by European Union except for IAS 21 The effects of changes in foreign exchange rates, will be available starting with 28 April 2017, at 4:00 p.m. (Bucharest time) on the Company’s website www.alro.ro, category “Investor Relations”, section “Reports”.

This communiqué was sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and to the Financial Supervisory Authority.
