ALRO S.A. informs the shareholders and investors regarding the issuance of the Financial Auditor”s Report of the company regarding the transactions reported by Alro during  the period July 1 - August 9, 2021 according to the provisions of art. 92³ of Law no. 24/2017, respectively for the transactions reported by Alro between August 10 - December 31, 2021, according to art. 108 of Law no. 24/2017, republished, as well as in accordance with ASF Regulation no. 5/2018.
