We hereby inform all the persons who may be interested that, on January 6th 2009, took place the Board Meeting, in which, Mr. Pierre Baillot was nominated as temporary member of the Board of Directors, until the nomination of a director by the General Shareholders Meeting and President of the Board of Directors. Mr. Baillot accepted the nomination.
