Current report file status 954/2/2016 file delay appeal

Significant event to be reported: Information on the status of the appeal against the stalling of the legal action in the case file no. 954/2/2016 (action lodged by ALRO S.A. against the Competition Council concerning the former’s claim for the cancellation of the Sanction decision no. 82/2015 issued by the Competition Council)

Through the current report no.45/06.07.2021, the Company  ALRO S.A. has informed the interested public and investors that Alro S.A. filed an appeal  against the stalling of the action in the case file no.954/2/2016, appeal pending before the Bucharest Court of Appeal and subject to case file no. 4582/2/2021.

Following this appeal being filed, according to the information posted on the Court web site, the Bucharest Court of Appeal  set the first trial date as 29.09.2021.

Alro S.A. shall inform in due time the general public and the investors about the status of the above-mentioned appeal settlement.
