Current report drafted according to the stipulations of the 226 article of the Law no. 297/2004

Please be informed by this current report that a statement of claim has been filed with the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) by the calcinated alumina supplier - Viewside Markets Inc - against Alro in relation to the cancellation by Alro of the alumina purchasing contract concluded in 2008. In this statement of claim Viewside Markets Inc claims damages amounting between 31 and 34 million USD; the claim is disputed by Alro on both liability and quantum.
