Amsterdam, 25 November, 2009 – Vimetco NV (LSE: VICO), the global producer of primary and processed aluminium products, announces that the Board of Directors have decided that the Shareholder Register of the Company will be kept in the offices of Houthoff Buruma N.V., the Company’s advisor for more than two years, at (1082 MA) Amsterdam, Gustav Mahlerplein 50. 

A copy of the Shareholder Register is to be produced, certified by civil law notaries of Houthoff Buruma N.V. and placed for keeping with the Company’s administrators – Intertrust (Netherlands) B.V.
