UPDATE FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2017

Slatina, 3 May 2017 – Alro S.A. (BSE: ALR, “the Company” or “Alro”), the largest aluminium producer in Continental Europe (excluding Russia and Scandinavia), today announces that it changes the date for its Conference with investors/analysts for presenting the 2016 annual financial results. The Company will hold the conference on May 10^th, 2017, instead of May 11^th, 2017, as previously announced. All the other dates for the financial calendar 2017 remain unchanged.
