Resignation member of the Board of Directors and resignation member of the Audit Committee

Important event to be reported:

By this current report, we hereby inform those who may be interested that, on the date of 21^st March 2019, the Company received and registered both the resignation of Mr. Adrian Manaicu, from his position as member of the Board of Directors of Alro S.A., as well as the resignation of Mr. Catrinescu Serghei, from his position as member of the Audit Committee of Alro S.A.

Both resignations are for personal reasons and shall produce effects starting 25^th April 2019.
