Important event to be reported:

Information on the civil action filed by S.P.E.E.H. Hidroelectrica S.A. against Alro S.A. concerning material claims of the electric power producer, representing allegedly unachieved benefits under the bilateral contract concluded with Alro. 

The Company Alro S.A. hereby informs the shareholders and investors that, in the litigation of S.P.E.E.H. Hidroelectrica S.A. against Alro S.A., which is subject to the case file no. 13264/3/2015, following the communication sent by the Bucharest Court of Appeal to the Company’s headquarters, we took note of the plaintiff’s appeal against the open session resolutions dated 18.12.2015, respectively 11.05.2016 and against the civil sentence no. 3547/08.06.2016, and the Court of Appeal is to set up the hearing date.

The Company Alro S.A. considers the appeal as ungrounded and is to pursue all legal actions to protect the interests of the Company and its shareholders.

As concerns the status of the above case file, Alro S.A. will inform the general public and the investors in due course.
