By this current report, we hereby inform those who may be interested that, on the date of November 6^th, 2019, the Company received and registered the resignation of Mr. Gheorghe Serghei, from his position as member of the Board of Directors of Alro S.A.

The Board of Directors of Alro S.A. shall proceed in compliance with the applicable legal provisions to appoint an interim member of the Board of Directors and shall summon the Company’s General Shareholder Meeting in order to elect a new member of the Board of Directors.
