Important event to be reported:

Information on the status of the litigation regarding the civil action filed by S.P.E.E.H. Hidroelectrica S.A. against Alro S.A. concerning material claims of the electric power producer, representing allegedly unachieved benefits under the bilateral contract concluded with Alro. 

The Company Alro S.A. hereby informs the shareholders and investors that, in the litigation of S.P.E.E.H. Hidroelectrica S.A. against Alro S.A., which is subject to the case file no. 13264/3/2015 pending before the Bucharest General Court, on the hearing dated 16th March 2016 the court has ruled a new hearing on 11th May 2016 for the pending claims (one month and a half of the contract), taking into consideration that the Court Decision dated 19th December 2015 ruled thatthe continuation of the trial in the second header of claim, exclusively for the claims related to the period 10^th April 2012-31^st May 2012, while the claims related to the other headers of claims were considered as being prescribed.
