Current Report: The availability of the Consolidated Half-Year Report for the period ended 30 June 2018

ALRO S.A. (“ALRO”) informs the shareholders and investors on the availability of the Consolidated Half-Year Report for the period ended 30 June 2018, prepared in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation no. 5/2018 issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority (“FSA”) for issuers and operations with securities and with the provisions of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (“BSE”) Code, starting with 10 August 2018, after 9:00 a.m. (Bucharest time).

ALRO Group Half-Year Report for the period ended 30 June 2018 was prepared in accordance with IAS 34 Interim financial reporting as adopted by the European Union.

This communiqué was simultaneously sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and to the Financial Supervisory Authority.
