Current report appointment of BOD President Alro and BOD Vicepresident Alro - April 25, 2019

By this current report, we hereby inform those who may be interested that the meeting of Board of Directors took place on 25th April 2019 and during the proceedings Mr. Marian Daniel Nastase was appointed in the position of President of the Board of Directors and Mr. Serghei Gheorghe was appointed in the position of Vice-President of the Board of Directors. Both Mr. Marian Daniel Nastase and Mr. Serghei Gheorghe accepted their appointments.
