Communiqué regarding the availability of the financial results as of June 30, 2016

In accordance with the current legal stipulations, Alro S.A., with the headquarters in Slatina, no. 116, Pitesti Street, Olt County listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, Regulated Market, Standard Category, under the symbol ALR, notifies its investors that the Half-Year Report with the financial results for the six months ended on 30 June 2016, prepared in accordance with the Order no. 1286/2012 issued by the Minister of Public Finance with subsequent amendments, which is in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted by the European Union will be available starting August 12, 2016, at 8:30 a.m. (Bucharest time) on the Company’s website www.alro.ro, category “Investor Relations”, section “Reports”.

The Half-Year Report was not audited and was not reviewed by an external auditor.

This communiqué was sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and to the Financial Supervisory Authority.
